How much
does it cost?

$9.90 incl. GST. Any sized order within Australia

PO Box deliveries may incur an $8 surcharge (carrier imposed)
Not all PO Box deliveries are affected, it depends on size, contents & location.

We will contact you before dispatch if your order is affected. You may then:
- Pay the surcharge;

- Provide an alternative street address or work address;
- Cancel your order.


How long will it take?

QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC
Metro - Next or Following Day
Rural - 2-3 Days

SA, WA, NT, & TAS
Metro - Next or Following Day
Rural - 3-7 Days


How will it be delivered?

Most deliveries will be completed by Courier, we use many different carriers, including:

Fastway
TNT
Couriers Please
Toll Air Express
Startrack Express

If you have a preference, you may let us know in the order comments box at checkout. We will contact you before dispatch if we cannot deliver with your preferred carrier and offer an alternative or the choice to cancel your order.


Can you leave it if I am not home?

If your delivery address is not attended from 9am - 5pm weekdays you can:

1) Give authority to leave (ATL) so your parcel can be left OR

2) Nominate an alternative or work address for delivery

Giving authority to leave:

Use the order comments box at checkout - Type in (example) "ATL Front Door"

You are not insured for deliveries that are stolen or lost once they are scanned "left at premises".

Delivery fees charged to us by couriers are "per attempt". If we have to make several attempts to deliver because authority to leave was not given we may have to pass on these costs to you.

If there is a chance you won't be home and don't want to give authority to leave we recommend proving a work address.


T's & C's

1) Orders are usually dispatched the same day they are received, excluding weekends.

2) Orders will be held if the items are out of stock or there has been an error in processing.

3) We do not take responsibility for delays caused by mail strikes, backlogs in peak times, you being unable to sign for your parcel when delivery is attempted or any other rare circumstances beyond our control.

4) Please provide your full name, day time contact number and a real email address when registering your account. The details are important for your tax invoice and to contact you if there are stock issues or the courier driver has trouble with your delivery address. We cannot be held accountable for you not receiving important updates about your order because we cannot contact you.
